Depending on customer preference and land status, the house can be installed on steel footings, concrete pads or full reinforced concrete foundations suitable for title deed registration.
The standard package includes an insulated sandwich panel exterior system with high thermal performance and low maintenance requirements. For customers seeking enhanced aesthetics and comfort, the premium package offers internal and external gypsum board finishing combined with WPC exterior cladding, as seen in reference images.
